    Technical interview (60 min)

    Live problem-solving in your domain. No leetcode — work close to what we actually do.

  4. 04

    System design or take-home

    Your choice. Take-homes are time-boxed to 4 hours and we always pay for them.

  5. 05

    Team & values + offer

    Two short conversations with future teammates. Offer within 48 hours of the final loop.
